Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Furge (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You need an account to use the studio. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for what happens on your account. You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

What you build

You own the designs, content and code you create with Furge. You give us permission to store and process them only so we can run the service for you. Don't use Furge to build anything illegal, deceptive or harmful, including apps that collect people's passwords or payment details under false pretences. We may suspend accounts that do.

AI output

Furge uses AI to design, write and test software. It is checked automatically, but it can still contain mistakes. Review your app before you rely on it, especially anything that handles money or personal data.

Plans and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed by Paystack, which may charge the equivalent amount in another currency; the exact amount is shown before you pay. Paid plans last 30 days and do not renew automatically. AI credits are used up as the AI works and carry over between plans. Refunds are covered in our refund policy.

Costs of building and running your app

Your plan gives you access to Furge: the studio, the AI agents and the AI credits that come with it. Building and running your actual app can involve extra costs that depend on what you build, such as hosting and database usage, domain names, and paid services your app connects to (for example SMS, email, payments, maps or AI). We show you these costs and ask for your approval before anything is charged.

Availability

We work to keep Furge running, but we can't promise it will never be down or lose data. Download copies of anything important.
