Privacy policy

This explains what we collect and why. We handle personal data in line with the data protection laws that apply to you, including the EU GDPR and the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

What we collect

• Account details: your email and a securely hashed password.
• Your work: designs, projects, versions and messages to the agent.
• Payments: the plan you bought, the amount and the Paystack reference. Card and bank details are handled by Paystack; we never see or store them.
• Usage: how many AI credits each request used, so we can bill fairly.

How we use it

Only to run Furge: to save your work, run the AI agents, take payments and help when you contact us. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

We use trusted providers to run the service: our AI model provider, Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting) and Paystack (payments). When the agents work on your app, the relevant parts of your design are sent to the AI model to do that work.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@furge.ai. Deleting your account removes your projects.

Security

Connections are encrypted, passwords are hashed, and secret keys stay on our servers. No system is perfectly secure, so tell us straight away if you notice anything wrong.
